Brixsten Academy was founded in 2015 with the objective of providing quality education at affordable cost to various groups of students with the focus of improving the academic performance and building greater personality / character of every student who walks through the doors of the academy.
The founders of the academy were reputed tutors in Klang Valley who were able to impart their knowledge to every student they tutored. The idea of formalizing their efforts to a larger group of students resulted in the formation of Brixsten Academy. To date, the founders have reinvested their rewards into the business with the intention of providing additional facilities and services to students and staff alike.
Brixsten Academy believes that every student is unique by themselves, each with their own capabilities and shortcomings and it is this belief that the founders have shared with the rest of the academic team. This belief has made Brixsten different from other education providers, catering for individual student’s needs and thriving on making these students successful academically and in life.
This led to the growth of Brixsten Academy in serving students who were homeschooled and private candidates. We understand the emotional and psychological impact teenagers go through, to keep up with pressures of education achievement and society. We have customized and personalized our lessons based on the student’s needs and ability.
Brixsten is meant for students from various backgrounds and intelligence. We do not discriminate a slow learner from others. We have ensured that top achievers actually obtain the targeted excellent grades that they deserve, the average learner to step up to become an excellent grader and the slow learner to move up successfully to achieve the grades needed to step into tertiary education. Ms. Jenny, Brixsten Academy’s Centre Manager, brings vast experience in education, having held senior academic and management roles. She oversees operations, academic matters, and programme counselling while also teaching Mathematics. Her care and communication earn the trust of parents and students alike.
With vast experience in the commercial sector, Mr. Visnu makes Chemistry and Biology more engaging by relating them to real-world applications. A certified trainer under the Human Resources Development Ministry, he applies advanced teaching strategies to help students grasp complex concepts and excel in exams.
Ms. Christina, with 11 years in marketing and a background in TESL, teaches English to Lower and Upper Secondary students while supporting those with learning disabilities. Her industry insights and passion for teaching create a meaningful learning experience.

Ms. Shantiny, a master tutor, has 10 years of teaching experience. She currently teaches grade 10 & 11 Accounting & Business Studies.
Ms. Shatyeeswary, a dedicated Science educator with over four years of experience, guides students with care, including those with special needs. As Brixsten Academy’s Primary Program Coordinator, she ensures a well-structured curriculum while making learning engaging and creative.
Mrs Perminder Kaur (Ms Pam) has been involved in the delivery of English language for 31 years. Ms Pam has carved a niche for herself, as a teacher who is able to aid and guide students with low english proficiency.
